Great little place right on the river. Perfect for the fisherman! We stayed there and went to Blanchard Springs Caverns. Our room was remodeled and clean. We loved the screened in back porch with the river view. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I love it. The place has everything except no blow dryer. The room is small but just to sleep and go Blanchard Cavern. It has a restaurant in the area so it’s convenience. You can rent a boat and go around the lake.

If I asked for more coffee they got it! They were really nice! I hadn’t paid attention to the time, but I think we were early and they checked us in any way! The housekeeper answered all my questions! The place was clean the view was amazing!

The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean, and nice. But the back porch was THE BEST! It was HUGE! We loved every second of this trip! We originally booked for one night, but had no trouble booking another! And the manager was so nice and wanted us to stay again! And even wanted us to come back for Fourth of July, and we’re already planning to book for that! We definitely found our future get away place!

Room was adequate. What made it stand out was the screened in porch overlooking the White River & JoJo's restaurant. It was clean enough that I would stay again, but I would recommend housekeeping to mop the tile floor 2-3 times weekly. My white socks were stained on the bottoms.

It's only 10 min from town square, super friendly staff, very reasonably priced with a laid back vacation feel. It's not brand new and shiny and thats ok by me. Right on the river, we loved it!
