Designed for couples or 2 people. You will love this property, and it will not disappoint. This Cottage on Lake Hamilton is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath home. It has comfortable leather furniture, beautiful cedar tongue and grove walls and vaulted ceiling in living area. Front bath located off the living room has a large Jacuzzi Soaking Tub. The master bath has a double vanity and large shower. This property has a extra-large kitchen with big island and stainless appliances. The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, large, covered porch with sitting area, covered outdoor bar area. There is a bonus sunroom that is wonderful for early mornings or late evenings. Boardwalk and large swim platform included in rental. This home is much larger than it appears. Located in a quite neighborhood with 1/2 acre lot, on a dead end road and right on a beautiful cove on Lake Hamilton. We are about 15 min. to downtown area and most attractions are less then 20 minutes away…Very close to Lake Ouachita and Lake Ouachita State Park. Many guest come and take advantage of both Lake Hamilton and Lake Oauchita since we are only minutes away from the The Spillway, Echo Canyon ,Lake Oauchita State Park and the Luv it Trail. This home away from home is perfect for Couples and people that love to swim, float, fish, Rest, relax and just get away from it all.
Record fish caught right out side the cove! Bring your boat, fishing gear, floats and water toys, there is plenty of boat parking right on our board walk. You can tie up your boat or personal watercraft to the board walk and leave in the water overnight.
Nature is at its best too, bird watching is great here and Bald Eagles are spotted often flying overhead. We have natural wild life here as well, rabbits, turtles, beavers, otters, foxes, minks and deer are often spotted in the area.
We have plenty of trailer parking for boats, motorcycles/ATV's. We have covered parking for one vehicle.

Not Handicap Accessible. 1 step to deck - 2 step down to bedroom- 2 step down to dinning and kitchen, small step to master bath. Walkable incline path to boardwalk and swim dock.

Please include any boats or watercraft information (type and length).
(note: Lake Hamilton has a annual water draw down from November 1st until April , there is still some water in the cove and the outdoor kitchen is winterized during that time but the grill still works)

This property does NOT allow "Special Events".. No large gatherings. No shared events with other rentals..Only registered guest are permitted to be on property at all times and only registered vehicles and trailers are allowed.
