"Check in and check out went fine. Was way too expensive for how run down it was. Could be cleaned better. Mildew smell. Waffle makers at breakfast didn't cook all the way but the rest seemed fine. Walls are very thin. Was woke up at 4am by our neighbor blasting the tv and i didn't get any sleep. Tried calling front desk to help with no answer. Ac worked great. Low water pressure in sink. Parking on one side of building and walking through and up stairs was annoying. "

"Checked in on a Friday where there was 3 staff members talking and I tried saying hello to which no one responded. Then I had to wait forever for someone to say I will take care of him. No problem got to our room which was room 504 and wall paper was coming off the walls and and tried taking a shower that afternoon and also the next morning which we had zero hot water. If you spend $300 a night for a hotel the least I would expect is hot water. Told the staff and all I got was I’m sorry thank you for staying."

"It was in a safe area with security when entering. Clean rooms, love the separate living areas that had a joining doors."

"Our hosts were wonderful and the amenities were outstanding. A fully stocked kitchen (far more than anywhere we’ve ever stayed), a wonderful coffee bar with numerous flavors of coffee and tea. A very comfortable home and the enclosed deck with a fireplace (and wood). Just wonderful!"
