When I got my Credit Card statement I saw that the hotel had also charged me for the stay. I called and spoke to a manager to get the double charge removed and he said he would have to call me back. I am still trying to get my refund 2 weeks later!"

I asked for something to use to wipe down my surfaces in the room because I had handprints in like sticky stuff on them and they will not give me anything. The room was kind of dirty and housekeeping walked right by my room each day I was there. I didn’t even ask me if I needed anything and they have attitudes all over her face so I decided not to engage and ask them for anything else."
