"Queen bed with a full bath. Kitchenette fully prepared with dishes, cookware, utensils, hot plate, microwave, full size fridge. Keyless entry with sliding glass doors to access pool. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Even though we only stayed for two nights, could have stayed for a week with all the amenities. It was wonderful!"

"The staff were very nice and helpful and made the check in and out process easy. Our room was relatively clean, except for some areas with the bathroom and with the refrigerator. Overall, our stay was nice. It just needs a little more attention to detail with cleanliness."

"This property is amazing! It is located on a small Peninsula so that you have complete privacy. The layout of the house is truly flexible, everyone has their own space in their own privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever want, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the living spaces are incredible. There is an eagle nest on the island across from the beach. It was so amazing to watch them fly around and feed their baby. They actually flew over the house and circled us. We were screaming! To top that off, there are deer that will swim across to the island and they leave the shore 30 feet away from you! It happened twice and we were so delighted! There are water toys and chairs and chaise lounges. Anything you could ever want. Plenty of parking, easy to find and extremely clean. Muriel was wonderfully responsive.What a fabulous, fabulous vacation spot!"

"We are a group of 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 8-17). This was the first time staying in NH, after previous rentals on Cape Cod and NC beaches. The home was a little further from some amenities, but the setup and water access was well worth it. Although there are homes nearby, the area is extremely quiet, and very private. Sam was an absolutely wonderful host, easy to contact via text, and quick to respond to any questions we had.This house is extremely well stocked. All draws, cabinets, switches, etc. were labeled as to contents. There was no fumbling around for dishes, small appliances, etc, in the kitchen. Access to a large secure garage was a big plus. It was well organized with spots for paddles, life vests, fishing poles, along with a tackle box. There were two kayaks and a canoe (extra paddles and life jackets) which we were put to good use, as was the fire pit down by the water. Water access was on a private cove which flowed into a nice size pond/lake. The layout of the house worked out great for our family, with bedrooms and baths on three levels all stocked with clean linens and towels. In addition to the large living room on the main level, there is a seating area with TV in the lower level which worked out well for the kids. The screened in porch was a great place to spend time reading.Everyone in the family (even the teenagers!) really enjoyed the house and the setting. Thanks for a wonderful week!"

"We liked everything about this house. Very clean. Great location close to Wolfeboro. They have a kayak and a canoe that we used. Canoe seats were damaged so we had to use our towel to sit , but that was OK.The house had all necessary supplies for cooking and baking.The hosts live right next door and have a very cute dog that came to greet us.I would stay again ."

"We've stayed at Merrymeeting Lake before, but not at this property. It's a keeper! The lake itself is crystal clear and ideal for swimming and other water activities. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need, and the host responded immediately to any questions we had. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable which is a must for us."
