Great home, grounds and neighborhood

Located close to town and many things for the whole family to do. House was comfortable and spacious with lots of room to move around inside and out for our large family. Well stocked in all rooms and plenty of hot water in all areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Rustic yet with all the comforts of home

Our main reason to come to this area was to boat on Norfork Lake. This house was conveniently located to Tracy Ferry Marina, where we kept our boat for the two nights that we were here. The contact people at both places were very friendly and accommodating! The house was well stocked and comfortable. Great outdoor space also!

Plenty of space for all our family

This was our first time with a vrbo. We will definitely use it again. It was great to have our whole family under one roof. We made use of the puzzles, games, fire pit, patio, and grill. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of linens. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The exterior of the house was great and close to the lake. We rode a pontoon boat on the lake. Loved the deck and patio. It was also not far from Mountain Home where my youngest daughter lives. The house was large enough to accommodate most our family. The home also was comfortable to stay in. We just loved the layout of the house. We had a small gathering to celebrate our youngest grandson's birthday.

Thanksgiving 2023

Good cabin. Expected it to be slightly more removed from other people, and it ended up being in a large plot sub-division type place. No fault of the listing, just the nature of it. Nearest neighborhood had conjoining back yard maybe 90 feet away. However at this season there was little to no interaction. Cabin was well stocked for cooking on site (dishes/pots&pans). Beds slept comfortably.

The lakehouse/cabin was beautifully decorated, especially for the holiday! All the holiday decor made our family's pre-Christmas gathering very nice. The layout and number of beds were also amazing. The linens were a little old and could use updating, but other than that, we were very impressed!

Beautiful Winter Getaway!

We spent the week before Christmas with our whole family, and it was just the right setup for games, movie nights, and daytime hikes! The house is clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances, and other necessary items. It has a cozy, “lodge” style feel, and they even had the place all decked out for Christmas! Really, it was just perfect.

Wonderful house in great neighborhood

Loved this house. The house is beautiful and very well spaced out with doors to each room for privacy. Big kitchen and living area. There are neighbors that look out for each other and the vrbo renters. We enjoyed visiting with them and their dogs. Will be back to this area.

The house is beautiful. We had to contact the agent and ask if we could get the yard mowed, outside not kept up at all. Lots of spiders, inside and out, should be sprayed. The beds and pillows were awful. Not a one of us 7 people had a comfortable bed or good nights sleep.

The house was beautiful but we couldn’t let our dog out in the back while enjoying the back patio or fire pit. Some of the fence was missing and the gate on the back patio was missing. The fireplace did not work as well and my family was really looking forward to enjoying some family time around the fireplace.

Everything about this place was perfect! We shared with family for a weekend basketball tournament in the area and couldn’t have been more pleased. The home accommodated all 7 adults comfortably for the entire weekend. The home was decorated for Christmas giving us a festive atmosphere to enjoy by the fire. The weather didn’t allow for much time outside but we were able to use the gas grill for burgers on the covered patio out back. We found everything we needed in the cupboards to prepare our meals. We would definitely stay here again! Excellent!
