The home has most of the modern conveniences you should need. it has electric heat and air conditioning, a wood fireplace, TV, DVD player, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, phone, and fiber internet and a printer. The dining area seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. Outdoor lounge chairs are here for your use as well as a variety of board/family games. Please be advised that the White River is a tail-water of Bull Shoals dam and water level fluctuation can be dangerous. Tenant accepts full responsibility for their own safety when on or near the water. Further, like all rural areas, utilities, internet, and phone services can be interrupted in bad weather. Owner is not responsible for any such occurrence and the loss of property use in this event.

Please note: This home is used by the owners occasionally; therefore, owner intends to leave personal property on the premises. Tenant is responsible for any breakage or missing items and the cost of such will be charged to the tenant.
