"We hadn’t visited Grand Summit for a while, but upon our return improvements to the facility made our visit very enjoyable. In particular, the upgrade to the pool area with resurfacing and the addition of a new hot tub was a major improvement. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast in Camp was outstanding!!"

"I booked this trip to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary with my siblings and all their family members. Communication with the owner was very responsive. The house was everything I expected plus some. I really enjoyed the ambiance at night with the lighting around the back porch and the fire pit. My only regret or complaint was that we booked in June. I wish it was winter so we could have enjoyed the local ski resort. If we ever get the chance to go back to Bethel, we will stay here again. If you stay here and are looking for a great short trail with an amazing view in the summer then you have to go to Step Falls. It was about 15 minutes away and off all 13 guests that stayed here, all of the said that Step Falls was the best place visited while staying here.Don't let this gem in the mountains get picked up by someone else! "
"We stayed for a long weekend in Mid-May (during mud season) to do a bit of hiking and a lot of board games/movies/cabin time. The unit was everything we wanted, very well equipped, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Dave Kim have a very heavily automated process for check in and communication, but were also very quick to reply to our messages/questions through VRBO in addition. We also really liked the area, views, etc. and would recommend both the cabin and location very highly"
