The host was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.The hot tub was absolutely essential, especially after long days on the mountain—it was clean, hot, and a perfect way to unwind. The location was also ideal, just about 15 minutes from Sunday River, making it very convenient for skiing while still feeling quiet and private.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bethel Sunday River area. "Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!"
