Cozy Cottage

What an amazing stay we had in this beautiful cottage. Our son played in Cooperstown tournament which was amazing...we were super tired everyday and it was just a god send to go back to this cottage and get rest. It's so quite and relaxing, we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this cottage.

Cottage House Stay for Baseball tournament

Lovely house, close to Dreams Park and easy to go back and forth. The mountains were beautiful and the grounds are really nice. No real issues that couldn't be solved quickly. Owner was responsive and neighbor was a handyman who came by immediately for a couple of small things. I would stay there again.

Peaceful getaway - when not at the ballpark!

This home was perfect for our needs for the week our son played at Dreams Park. The home was immaculate when we arrived and has plenty of space for everyone and the property is beautiful! It was a little cool/rainy our week so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor space as much as we would have liked - but we enjoyed the views and managed to hike around outside a few times while we were there! It is extremely quiet and was fantastic for relaxing after being at games all day! It was a 15 minute trip to Dreams park so easy to run back and forth if we needed to. We would stay here again if we ever go back!

Cooperstown week

It was nice. We’d been to Cooperstown before and this house was comparable to the last. It’s a nice home, has everything you need, but is a little farther away from Dreams Park than I hoped, but not bad. We ran in a couple of times, because it is close enough that you can. But it takes a few minutes. Had to many bugs and moths inside for me, but that’s part of being out in the country. There was a squirrel inside when we got there, but it ran outside when we opened the door to go in. Overall it was fine. I’d stay again.

Cute property.

We loved the house. Super cute. However the amount of bug/spiders was a little excessive. The owner was very quick to jump into action and very responsive to the issue. I feel like the mattresses need to be changed out completely. Some of them are very hard to sleep on. The house also should be listed to not have central air conditioning. But overall we had a blast.
