Mount Taranaki Tours and Activities

Overall the hotel and room were a little tired. Staff were helpful. Had problem with tv which had to get sorted at 8:30pm. Staff did their best but get the feeling the place needs some money spent on it.

Room was beautifully laid out got an upgrade for status tier. Shout out to the receptionist at 2pm on Sunday she was awesome. I don’t rate breakfast though $18 for a piece of normal bread and eggs

I needed a last minute place to stay and must admit the rate was very good but it wasn’t as clean as the reviews led me to believe. Mouldy blind, dirt and dust on floor, tea/coffee stains on spoons, electric jug. Apart from that, bed was super comfy
