Summit Estate large home with a Cottage.

  • This listing is the combination of Shasta Woodlands & Shasta Cottage which are separate homes and can be rented separately. A big country home with plenty of room to stretch your legs. Situated on a large forested lot, this is a wonderful place for family fun. Kids will love the playground and exploring the property. You can overlook the yard and playground from the large wrap around deck. Prepare your meals on the gas BBQ. and enjoy with comfortable outdoor dining. Enjoy your morning coffee as the forest comes alive.
    Indoors features a big country kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make your signature dish. Open to the vaulted living room with plenty of seating at the bar or table. The comfortable living room has great views to the outside. Four separate bedrooms round out this spacious home. Shasta woodlands is a great home for family gatherings or a ladies retreat. Downtown Mount Shasta, Lake Siskiyou, The Ski Park and more is just a few minuets away.

The house was perfect for group of 6. The in law unit was was great. The house was quiet and close to town and lake. We would definitely stay there again.
