"Staff was heloful and friendly, room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and the attendant was thorough and kept things clean. She was very pleasant and friendly. Would stay here again."

"Shower is the best Towels and bedding are good/acceptable. Mattress is horrid, uneven, hard, woke up in pain, pillows are lumpy, they both feel old and worn out. Shampoo and Soaps are questionable, feel cheap and chemical based I’m room Coffee pretty good, but no tea No fresh coffee in lobby only tea Inadequate bathroom fan, turns into steam room and I had to towel off the sweat multiple times just to get dressed. "

"The outside grounds were covered in garbage and needle caps. When we checked in at 6pm, the man who checked us in was rude and i dint appreciate him in anyway. Our toilet was loose and not connected to the floor, our door was also covered in something sticky. Not the experience we ar3 use to at an Oxford property."
