Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I can’t imagine how they come standard. "BigLand Hotel Bogor gave me excellent service with a free upgrade. When I got sick, the staff truly cared for me. Clean rooms, multiple restaurants, and a beautiful rooftop with live music. Only issue: nearby mosques start at 4 a.m., but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall, very happy stay!"

Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"
