Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and security during our stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Resort. We will definitely be returning there with our grandchildren.

One of the worst hotels dirty and smelly
Should of known when I checked in that this hotel was a mistake, 3 people at the check in desk and it took someone about 5 minutes to notice me waiting in line, sorry I interrupted their day. My room was disgusting, the carpet had stains, the towels were rough and small the Kleenex holder was empty and there was no hot water, oh and my room smelled, just to list a few reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only positive I can say about this hotel is it had a shuttle to the casino where we spent most of our time since we couldn’t really hang out in our room couldn’t get out of there fast enough the next morning when I complain to the front Dess all she said was oh I’m sorry. I guess I wouldn’t expect anything less from a hotel like this would never ever recommend it to anyone let alone stay there again

Room was very clean very lovely the staff was extremely friendly the only problem that we had there was no hairdryer in our room as noted and there was no information on hotel room service and other amenities that the hotel offered but other than that the state was fabulous

Room was fine at first glance but as soon as we put our stuff down we realized phone didnt work remote didnt work and by the time that we got the remote to work there wasnt any kids channels by the second day the wayer in the bathroom wouldnt stop running and the sink wouldnt turn off

Convenient but not entirely satisfied
Very convenient with casino shuttle. However, we were placed near families that let their children run up and down the halls and slam the doors at 7am.

The property is doing upgrades which is nice. We had some loud neighbors next to is which was not so nice! Overall experience was a good night away with the family!

The room itself was falling apart. 1-phone didn't work except on speaker 2- toilet handle was broken 3- water in shower didn't get very hot 4- the dresser/ furniture was scratched and in bad condition. Then we ate at the restaurant in the hotel. 1- took forever to get someone to seat us ( wasn't busy) 2- there is a tv on in the restaurant with some girl giving a lap dance for my children to watch not impressed. 3- service wasn't great or food. The waterpark is okay but very packed

The room wasn’t cleaned well. Beds looked like it wasn’t washed. My kid found toys and other things in the room swept under the beds. For the amount we paid, how dirty the room was disappoints me.

Nice place and all, but they are updating some things there.....and WHY did they have to have a Fire Drill the Day we checked in? It certainly was NOT for MY benefit.....Just wanted to check in and have a nap before going to Casino......NOPE, we checked in in at 4;30 and was informed that there would be a Fire Drill @ 5:30....so Our plans were changed and we went str8 to the Casino w/o even seeing our room......I'm a 72 yr. old disabled Vietnam Veteran and really wasn't expecting that kind of excitement in My Life........UNHAPPY CAMPER.

Too much noise and fees
My sister and I needed a room for a couple of nights while we shopped and went to the casino nearby. I was thrilled to be staying somewhere we hadn’t stayed in this area and was looking forward to the experience. We understood it was a water park and expected some noise with kids and all but the nights we were staying were a Sunday and Monday and didn’t think it would be too bad. Check in was easy and pleasant until we realized we were being charged an extra $20 a night resort fee which was or is way overpriced for a room in the middle of a snow storm and no water park passes or breakfast. Once the updates are completed I am sure the hotel will be very nice but throughout the night I could hear someone in the hall moving about doing something. The walls are paper thin so we were able to hear conversations and babies crying throughout the night, not to mention the party a couple of doors down that went on until 2:30am Sunday night even though there are posted signs about quiet time being 11pm until 8am. No I would not stay here again.

It was a good value for the stay. Hotel is at a point that needs some refreshing and a little rough around the edges.
