This home is located in one of the most coveted locations in the Charleston area - South Mount Pleasant. This laid back one story ranch has four bedrooms and two baths. Three of the bedrooms have brand new beds and the fourth bedroom has a large children's suite which features two sets of bunk beds for the youngsters. This home has a large private back yard with a propane grill; and it is pet friendly. Located just a short two miles from beautiful Sullivan's Island, ten minutes from Isle of Palms, and fifteen minutes to historic Downtown Charleston; the location could not be better. Within a five minute drive you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The kitchen has an eat in breakfast table that seats 4, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room has multiple couches, a large TV, books, and is great for lounging after a day at the beach or downtown Charleston; the attached dinning table seats 6. Guests can not use the fireplace. 2021 updates: Exterior painted white, ceilings scraped 2022 updates: NEW BEDS! New stainless steel gas grill. New dryer. 2023 updates: Fresh interior paint job, new living room furniture (new couch, love seat, swivel chair) as well as a new breakfast table in the kitchen. Slip covers were installed over all living room furniture for protection.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used so depending on the length of your stay and number of guests, you may need to buy additional supplies. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide starter bathroom essentials (hand soap, body wash/shampoo), two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the kitchen sink, two trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish washer detergent. We also provide all bed linens and leave one towel/hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs. Parking: The driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles, on-street parking is not allowed.

This was the perfect spot for a vacation to the Charleston area. Easy and close access to many of the main things to do around the area. The house was great and had the essentials needed to kick off a vacation.
Our host was attentive and helpful. The home is in a good central location and in a lovely neighborhood. The backyard is very sandy where grass has not grown, which made the house a little hard to keep clean, but everything else was great.
We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was exactly how described and in a great location. We were close to everything. Great restaurants and Sullivan’s Island was just a couple of miles away. We would definitely stay here again.
I am Grateful we found this place! We have a sweet old yellow lab and I am so glad she could come and have an awesome yard to play in! The Host was overly accommodating! Great location and House!

The host was lovely and the location of the house and neighborhood was great. The furnishings are quite shabby and the cookware barely usable. Bathrooms badly in need of cleaning and new fixtures. The house was not clean including grimy kitchen cabinets and grout in need of scrubbing. Nice location and neighborhood but I would not stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here, the location is pretty central to dog-friendly beaches and Charleston (10 mins). Our small dog enjoyed having a fully fenced yard and quiet neighborhood.
The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs to run especially with all the snow! The location was great to get to Shem Creek, shops and restaurants.
Wanted to see historical Charleston and this was a great location. House had plenty of room and was in a nice neighborhood. Perfect backyard for my dog to play in.
We came in to town to meet our daughter's soon to be in laws. The house was perfect for our family including my parents. We would definitely stay again!!!

We came to Mt Pleasant for my husband’s birthday and to do some fishing. This place was perfect for the 4 of us. It was a perfect location…convenient to everything. We had a blast, caught some fish and had some really good food. Hope to go back soon.
