  • Welcome to this stylish 3br/2ba home in the heart of Mount Pleasant! The home has all of the comforts and charm desired for your getaway in Charleston including modern decor, an open floor plan, and a great backyard. It's also situated in an amazing location, just a short 5 minute drive to the Shem Creek area bars, restaurants, boardwalk, and water activities, a 10 minute drive to Sullivan's Island beaches, and less than a 15 minute drive to Downtown Historic Charleston. So come stay awhile!

The town offers a mix of modern amenities and traditional southern charm, with beautiful parks, waterfront views, and historic homes lining the streets. Visitors can explore attractions such as Patriot`s Point Museum, which showcases the military history of South Carolina, and Shem Creek, a popular spot for fishing, kayaking, and dining. Memorial Waterfront Park offers stunning views of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge and is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. With its family-friendly atmosphere, charming shops and restaurants, and beautiful scenery, Mount Pleasant is a hidden gem in the lowcounty of South Carolina.

    SUPPLIES

    All reservations are equipped with at least one towel/washcloth per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. If any supplies run out mid-stay, guests are responsible to provide any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their trip.

    INCLEMENT WEATHER

    Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your reservation.

    Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb`s insurance or other options are recommended and we urge you to look into them prior to confirming your reservation.

    INSECTS

    As Charleston is situated in a warm, coastal climate it is possible to see insects inside or outside of the home at times. These include palmetto bugs, sand gnats, mosquitoes, ants, etc. Those who reside in the Lowcountry just accept this as part of living here but it may be unsettling for those from other areas. The home is treated regularly for pest control but this will not entirely eliminate insects from getting inside at times. Please do your best to not keep doors and windows open and not leave food or drinks out in the home as this will attract insects. FINDING AN INSECT IS NOT CAUSE FOR A REFUND.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Guests will receive a 95% refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, no reservations are given.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT

    A $500 damage deposit will be pulled from the card used for booking prior to the departure date. This deposit will be fully refundable to the card within 5-10 business days after departure if there are no claims made for damages.

    HOUSE MANUAL

    The house manual with all of the details needed for your stay will be sent out at 9am THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL directly in the message thread of the account used for booking.

    Please do not ask for it earlier, or ask for it to be sent elsewhere.
