Front desk was very helpful and informative. We are bad with names, we called him Plano, as he was from there. He helped schedule our transportation to the cruise terminal.

This was an excellent stay. Only chose this d/t a sale through Expedia, but glad we did. Stayed 2 nights and were upgraded to a premium king room which was beautiful. So Many Mirrors!!! the hotel location was great- walked everywhere, the happy hr at the restaurant/bar was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again and have told all our friends how enjoyable our stay was.
