"We stayed in one of the glamping tents. The tent was spacious and comfortable. Potable water was nearby. Glamping obviously means there's no bathroom included in the tent. We had a port-o-potty nearby that was clean. The regular toilet and shower facilities were also close but not close enough to warrant a middle of the night walk to pee, so the port-o-potty had to do. Staff was efficient, but not overly friendly. The property was quiet and clean. Lake access is... weird? We couldn't find a sandy beach on the property but maybe we just missed it. We found one a few KMs away, but it was crowded. I think that's what felt the most like it was missing- clearly explained and easy access to the lake. After all that's why we chose this spot."

"Very new, clean, attractive hotel in large shopping center outside Queenstown near the airport. Nothing terribly interesting nearby and traffic snarled by road construction currently (March 2026). Tanoshi, Japanese restaurant next door was quite good. "

"Nice views. Customer service by the desk staff could use some adjustments.The room didn't have a chair and because of an injury I requested one . I was told by the front desk that she would look into it. No chair appeared despite four of them being stacked beside the elevator for the duration of my stay. Room was clean,bed comfortable , and area was as advertised."
