General smell of the whole building on every level smelt very stale & musky…
but staff were lovely & friendly… bed was comfortable… housekeeping was efficient..

Tram stop out the front. Woolworths across the street. Great pub for dinner at tap86.
Apartment was clean, quiet, easy to access.

this is a pretty area - familiar with it for years - woudl be good to see when soe of the big old gardens are open to visitors
