"They didn’t have an ice bucket in the room or microwave. There aren’t any ice machines on property, so you have to go to the front desk and get a bag of ice and you have to stand in line. "I was assigned three rooms during my five night stay. The first was just plain filthy. The second was full of motel furniture auction pieces with cigarette burns and drawer linings that looked more like fly paper. The shower, which was gross appeared textured (it may have been at one time) but wasn’t. I slipped trying to get out of the tub and while laying on the tile floor it became clear why the bathroom door didn’t shut and the hinges appeared to be pulling away from the frame as that was the only thing I could use to pull myself up off the floor. While mopping up with the bathmat I soon collected a lot of hair far longer and darker than mine - and just gave up. Staff gave me a better but unfinished room where the bedroom had five lamps, three which didn’t work no matter what I tried. I don’t understand why they would offer anyone a room that they know to be substandard. This is the hospitality business after all. The property is obviously undergoing an upgrade. Carpets throughout were stained and filthy. But why not put your guests in a renovated room or the best you had? After my fall, the desk staff offered that maybe I would like a room with a bathmat. And a new rubber one was provided. That bathroom was better but the same tub, which would not hold water, so no bath just shower available. Based on the condition of the various rooms I never wanted their breakfast or use of the pool and hot tub, although it sounded appealing for my aches and pains. Absolutely the worst!"

"Upon arrival, room was a little dirty. The bathroom needed a good sweep and the There was a cookie right by the front door. The check in lady was the only one who wasn’t friendly. The rest of the staff was great especially the waitress at breakfast. She’s super friendly and caring. Beautiful views for photos. Nice little walk around the resort. Lots of photo ops. "

"BEWARE THE RESORT FEE. And super bad on Hotels.com for failing to include this up front, transparently, competently. Some hotel staff were lovely. The breakfast food was barely ok tho the attendant was delightful. "

"Front desk not helpful, discourteous. Possible short staff throughout the hotel. Room wasn’t ready . Housekeeping behind on cleaning rooms. Not enough parking forced to used valet.( although valet attendants very helpful and attentive) resort Accommodations very dated ( I believe they’re planning on renovating) . The pool area and overall grounds were inviting. The shop attendants very pleasant, bartender very good and informative. The coffee shop needs more attendants to be more efficient and timely. Overall , I wouldn’t stay there again."
