"The host was quick to communicate when I had questions at all points of our trip (before and at check out). The house was very clean and stocked with all essentials for cooking, bathing and sleeping. The view was wonderful from any location both in and outside the house. We had a group of 7 adults and one dog, and had plenty of space for folks to cook/entertain, play games and watch TV in the evenings. We visited the town - no Saturday market on that Saturday but we found an estate sale driving the neighborhood which was fun. We enjoyed day trips to the lake and the Santiam river to cool off, which was great. Over all, an excellet experience."

"We had three families - 6 adults 4 children ages 12, 10, 8 & 3. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside decks were especially lovely - perfect for meals, happy hour or reading a book! Best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a VRBO…very thoughtfully put together. Our host was very responsive. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!!"

"The house is in a great location and has plenty of room for 8. Grandkids especially loved the bunk beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Really enjoyed outdoor seating area, furniture was very comfortable, making it a wonderful place to relax in the evening. Owner was very responsive when I called about the debris on deck and outdoor furniture. She promptly provided code to access private storage so I could clean off deck, which I appreciated. There were a few issues that affected our stay. We did not bring a dog but the smell of dog on the living room couch & comforter in the master bedroom was very noticeable to me. My adult children also commented that the upstairs carpeting smelled like dog urine. While it wasn’t over whelming, for the price we paid, I expected the hope to be fresher.The mattress in the master bedroom also needs attention. It was very lumpy and had a pronounced hump in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. In fact, it was so uneven that I actually rolled off the bed one morning when I turned over.Overall, these are minor complaints and we still enjoyed our stay. Lots of memories made."
