This is a two story duplex with separate entrances to both the upstairs and downstairs. The home can be rented as an upper level, lower level, or both for a large group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was exactly as described. Communication with Bryan was excellent and was very responsive. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown, which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved being able to explore the shops, restaurants, and waterfront without having to drive. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again on a future visit!

We stayed in the lower level of the house. It was very quaint with a lovely front porch to enjoy the beautiful evening. The house was clean and spacious with all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The host was very communicative. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Sweet duplex right in the heart of Mount Dora. The owners were great communicators and the house location was so convenient for our girls trip! Great accommodations and would highly recommend!
