Built in 1948, this cozy cottage is the only private home located within the business district, placing you steps away from Mt. Dora’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Park the car and forget it—you can walk everywhere!

Inside, you’ll find everything you need to relax and feel at home:
• A King-size memory foam bed with a luxe Ritz-Carlton-style mattress topper
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & more

Feeling social? You’re within 1 block of top restaurants like 1921, Wave, Las Palmas, and the Modernism Museum. Or head two blocks over to Maggie’s Attic for wine tastings and boutique shopping.

Pet-friendly too! Your well-behaved pup (under 30 lbs) is welcome to join. Please not there is a pet fee.

Quaint & Perfect for Two

We came to Mt Dora for the annual Mt Dora Yacht Club Regatta in March and stayed at this quaint little cottage. It’s decorated beautifully and it’s truly located in the downtown historic district. It’s close to everything. We loved it so much that we booked it again, in October.

I really enjoyed my stay, the cottage is so cute and cozy. Couldn't ask for a better location, easy walk to all the stores and restaurants. Parking was not an issue for me, there was availability whenever I needed it. What a joy, I would love to have spent more time there, when I return I will be booking the tiny cottage again!

Wonderful weekend stay

Can’t say enough about this adorable tiny cottage. Highly recommend!! We were there for the weekend to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. This cottage is perfect for 2 people. It’s just like the pictures. Decor was perfect, smells good, plenty of towels, pillows, easy checkin, very clean. Location is excellent; we walked everywhere. We were surprised at how busy Mt Dora was which made parking a bit of a challenge during the day (limited to 4 hr window b/t 11-6) but we always managed to find parking in front of the cottage in the evening. We enjoyed sitting out front in the Adirondack chairs people watching while sipping some wine when we weren’t out exploring. Ate at the Mexican restaurant right down the street and also enjoyed a fancy meal at the Goblin Market, both very good.
