Historic Cottages in Mount Dora. Located directly downtown Mount Dora on a one-way street with a designated bike path. Beautiful 1 bedroom (1 bed sofa in the Livingroom) perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Really peaceful and super close to all of the action.

Maria is a wonderful host and communicator! The location of this property is ideal. It is only a few blocks from downtown Mt Dora and all its shops and restaurants. We love the peaceful, quiet location. The apt decor takes you to France. We just love staying here!!

Great location

Can’t beat this place for proximity to all Mount Dora offers, but in a quiet location with parking. Wish it had two comfortable chairs rather than a lumpy chaise, but otherwise great.

Great Getaway

Wife and I wanted to get out of town for the long weekend and we love Mt Dora. We messaged Maria asking if we could check in earlier than normal. Unfortunately someone was staying but Maria let us still park on property and then let us know the room was ready for us early. Great location within walking distance to shops abd restaurants.

Cozy and convenient

Overall comfortable and in walking distance from downtown. Convenient parking for one vehicle. AC/heater work well. Great water pressure in shower. Bed needs to be firmer and bathroom shower fixture needs updating.

Ideal location to historical Mt Dora

This property is so quiet and quaint. The French decor was an unique touch and made you feel at home. Walking distance to downtown is very short. Maria was an excellent communicator and made us feel welcomed! We will be back for sure!!

A Restful Stay in an Adorable Town

A lovely one-bedroom efficiency, clean, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. A short couple of blocks to Main Street shops and restaurants. The garden is a comfy spot to sit evenings over a glass of wine or a toasty fire (altho is it ever that cool here?). Mt Dora is truly aDORAble, with the town's lakeside parks a short walk, with easy access boat ramp. Lots of restaurants for every taste, trinket shops, pubs for the thirsty, all in a generally attractive and engaging small town.

Great stay !

Basically in the heart of downtown. Very clean ! Nice little spot ! Would definitely stay here again in the future. I think with any of these private rentals units the most important thing to my wife and I is cleanliness... as many places we have stayed are definitely not. We are always hesitant of str apps because of this common issue. You do not have to worry about that at all here. Very well done !
