"We enjoyed our time at The Cozy Blue Ribbon Ranch. Great location and even though it is right off the highway the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all. Check in was easy, the house was clean and the beds were comfy. "

"Wonderful house. We did a lot of cooking and everything you needed was at your fingertips. The location worked out great for our adventures. Saco river for tubing, North Conway, Mount Cranmore coaster all 20 to 30 minutes away. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The game room was a huge hit for the kids. "

"We really loved our stay at the cozy cabin in the woods. We especially loved how tucked away we were, how quiet and beautiful the area was. Relaxing evenings fireside and morning coffee in the porch swing (wrapped in a blanket!). The cabin had all that we needed for our stay. Would recommend."
