"Overall the property was great. The only issue, which was out of their control, was that the area is very busy at night and it’s hard to sleep with the noise. Staff was nice, property was clean and in a nice location"

"First time in makkah, and in the best location as it’s near to everything. Get a bus ‘joonibiyah’ down from masjid haram which goes on ‘At taif road’ you can get dropped off at at taif road/al Barr st. Then you can walk to the beyab al aziziyah hotel.

"I love this Hotel: free shuttle bus around the hour to the Haram, breakfast buffet was decent. rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, A/C worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a very nice area near a lot of shopping centers for gifts, groceries, convenient stores, pharmacies and eatery places, in addition the infamous Ar Romansiyah Restaurant right across from the hotel.
this is my second stay at this location. and the only comments/suggestions for improvement i can make to hotel management is: their reservation system somehow doesn't synchronize with Hotels.com, so it took a little bit of time to get access to my reservation. the water was not hot in my shower after the first day, it was just lukewarm (which was what i needed to relief the muscle sore and aches after a long day of Tawaf and walking around), but a hot shower could've made things a little more enjoyable. But to be fair, I didn't even bring it up to the reception, i just chose to deal with what i had, I didn't have any time to waste waiting for repairs... my goal was Umrah and pray as much as I could at the Majid Al Haram, and go shopping in between."
"A very good location for a person's needs during umrah, hajj or just a leisure trip. Resturants, superstores, pharmacies, transport, etc. are at the doorstep. Free buses to haram available at a walk of just 1000m from the hotel."
