"The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly upon checkin. They went the extra mile to retrieve my Kindle I had left on checkout when I called them. I was so thankful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had at a Hampton. You could tell the facility was new and well run. "

"The room was immaculately clean. Everything in it was new. I was happy with the price for what I needed which was simply a nice clean bed in a clean inn for a few hours of sleep during a road trip. It was just a short drive from Huntsville which I wanted to checkout the next day. I grabbed a latte from the Mallard coffee place down the street. The staff was very friendly also!"

"Place was nice, check in staff was really nice, very helpful. Outdoor fire pit didn't work which was disappointing. When asked if there was more apple juice in morning, was ignored, staff just walked away. Someone else did bring more apple and orange juice out later. "

"The only bright spot was the friendly young lady that checked us in. The lobby smelled, the bed springs popped and were noisy snd pokey, the tub ceiling was rusty, the shower stream was hard, the curtains were totally ripped, the desk chair was ripped and duct tapped, the towels were worn and thin and carpet was sticky. The bed linens were clean."
