No kitchenette or common room microwave to heat or kids food.

Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience

It looks like it was used as a Covid accomodation and not revamped. Very much in need of lick of paint and the receptionist said they are having a full overhaul come April 30th, 2026. The sheets were clean and we checked the mattress for bed bugs and seemed all good after scathing reviews of roaches and termites etc. Pool needed a clean or at least a sweep with a catcher and it would’ve been even better. Supposed to be a non smoking place but a few were walking around with darts and no effort made to call it out by management. If you’re after cooking utensils or even bowls there’s nothing to be seen but a couple of cups. A range hood was there but didn’t work and the fridge and freezer worked fine. It did have a damp odour but we were out of towners so it could’ve been the sulphur springs from nearby wafting through. It was ok and people were friendly. It is a good spot and close to town I hope they get it up to par for future holidaymakers. It shows a breakfast bar for patrons but that was nowhere to be seen. It says hotel but felt like it lost itself between that and a motel with most things from both missing. Master bed had one bedside table. No side tables or coffee tables for cups in the lounge area, no toilet brush just little things that make the place more of an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here about a year ago and it was really nice. This time around it was very run down. It was clean but things were about to break, the taps in our room were about to come off you had to be careful when using them. The place just needs a fair amount of tlc. It is in a beautiful location and has so much going for it but the stained curtains in the restaurant, the lack of hospitality, I’m not sure if they were short staffed or not but I thought they could use another staff member so we didn’t have to wait. I went to reception to book our dinner and had to use their phone to call them to book. Breakfast was a shambles, no butter for the toast, the staff member we asked seemed very confused about this. The dinner was beautifully presented and nice. Had to send back our drink of coke as it was mainly soda water as the mix had run out. On the plus side our bed was extremely comfortable and had the best nights sleep.
