The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from June to September), a garden, a playground and an outdoor shower.

September: First half: Every day from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00/ Second half: Friday to Sunday from 11:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 21:00

The property is located close to the beach and within walking distance of public transport links.

A parking space is available in a garage.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please avoid unnecessary noise between 12 am and 9 am and between 3 pm and 5 pm.

The property has step-free access and interior, an elevator is available in the building.

There are security cameras at the entrance of the urbanisation.
