"Honestly an amazing stay and I love they have a high tech screen you can speak into in your language and gives the staff subtitles in Japanese, and same for us. It was something that truly made me wish the rest of Japan could include as solution to language barriers. Amazing kind people and everything was so easy to access and lead us to the aquarium or their crystal clear beaches like Emerald Beach."

"Amazing hotel! You will not regret this stay. Unfortunately the water sports are non existent is there is a typhoon expected the same week. We were there for days and left before the typhoons expected start date and yet the activities were cancelled. We did secure a snorkeling trip with local Okinawa dive club and the cost was 10% less than the hotels arrangement which didn’t include transportation there - legit 6 minute walk. Ubers are easy to get - you can skip renting a car. The food on the main drag is amazing. Try all of it. Hotel was kid friendly and couple friendly. We travelled without kids and were not bothered by noise or children. Staff is over the top accommodating! Choose this one for Okinawa, we also stayed at Busena Terrace and preferred Monterey!"

"Fantastic stay if you have ZERO tattoos. A simple flower tattoo on your leg will get you thrown out of the pool and they will tell you not to go on the beach as well. Usually hotels provide bandaid like covers - like Disney Tokyo. While the hotel is lovely to look at it makes it hard to enjoy when you don’t have the appropriate cover for your ankle tattoo. You can walk around in as skimpy of a swimsuit as you want in the lobby but a tattoo will be the end all? Food was over priced for what it was. The steakhouse is $250 USD a person. Staff was very friendly minus enforcing hotel rules that are potentially outdated - even for Japan. The hotel did not confirm our hotels.com email requesting a tour and booked it without confirming then cancelled. Would have been helpful if they responded in the email/app. Your potential hotels.com credit will only work in the restaurants,not room. Gorgeous views from the superior room! Live music every night in a few places - sax and piano. The cafe had a cute tea and reasonably priced pina coladas. Red wine selection is limited. Potential typhoon cancelled most water sports outside of the pool so keep that in mind if one is expected during your stay. Great AC in rooms. Mini fridge is stocked with beer, water and some snacks. Buffet breakfast was large and had a great selection of local and universal breakfast items. Kid friendly food selections. Quiet enough for couples. If you are between this one and Monterey - just go with Monterey."

"The resort feels new, modern and a nice blend of Japanese features with modern western convenience. Rooms are spacious, clean and all have a fantastic sea view facing. I love Japanese hotels as they tend to have attached onsens which is definitely a plus point. Beaches are easily accessible though have strict “operating hours” which I understand is out of the hotel’s control and oddly common across Okinawa hotels with beach access. The gym could be better equipped and I didn’t like to have to change to shoes provided by them - would much prefer to just use my own. Breakfast spread and service was good. Oh, and did I mention that Orion beer is provided at breakfast, during happy hour and also stocked up in your in-room refrigerators? Only happens when you stay at a resort operated by a brewery :)"

"Wonderful and helpful staffs made our Okinawa vacation special. Restaurant Orange provided gluten free meals for us! Breakfast buffet also has many gluten free options and they were delicious!!! Our room was in Anex which has its own washing machine. Thank you!! Room was clean and large, I loved the balcony sipping morning coffee."
