"Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm."

"House and amenities were exactly as advertised. House was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. Owner was great communicator and kept in touch with us during our stay. We will be returning to the area and will definitely rent from her again as long as she lists the house. AMAZING STAY!!"

"Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. Beds were comfy. When the ice maker appeared to have quit working, Eric kindly dropped off some ice trays for our use. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely try to stay again when in the area. "
