Room very clean and tidy. Staff from reception and concierge helpful and polite. Shuttle bus to the airport was good for us as it fitted our schedule. However, this only runs every hour and a half. On the way to the airport we had to use Bolt to arrive. Food in the restaurant is sub-standard, also a 10% service charge for absolutely no service. We had a dirty table, no cutlery and the main meals arrived 20 minutes apart. Once you have ordered you are forgotten about, thankfully we didn’t want any other drinks.
