"I’ve stayed at many different hotels but I must say that the stay at this hotel has been the most wonderful experience I ever had, the staff was super kind and helpful, hotel is perfectly located with transportation access right outdoors. It is very safe and it is unique with a lot to do and comes with amenities that more hotels should provide including the checkout time to 12pm without charging extra."

"The front desk staff were excellent and helped us with our check-in, rather than having to wait to self check-in. This hotel has most of what one needs at an airport hotel. Excellent breakfast. Bar and food such as pizza. Free airport shuttle every 20 minutes 24/7 which meant we were able to catch the shuttle from the airport train station to the hotel as well as take the shuttle for our flight next day. We enjoyed our brief stay!"

"We really like Rubi Lissi Hotel in Vienna. We stayed 3 nights on our trip to Vienna. It’s quirky with the entrance through what looks like an old empty postal building. We arrived in the morning, so they stored our bags until check in. They directed us to the self check in, and you even code your own room keys. The hotel is in two parts and we had to get directions to the right elevator for our room. We had a Wow room, which was modern, clean and well appointed. They do have A/C, which is a welcome luxury in most European cities. I agree with other reviews that the shower is quirky with a shower curtain that is on the outside of a glass wall that faced the bed, which is fine for a couple, but might be awkward for families or friends staying together. Because the property is so large it sometimes feels that staff is hard to find. The service was fine, but maybe less available than at other hotels. The neighborhood is safe with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from and walkable to museums and Stephensplatz."
