Great Hospitality We (me and my friend) spent one night at this hotel, and we had so nice time. Room, facility, and breakfast are so great, but noteworthy, we really appriciated the owner's hospitality. Because of the COVID-19, it was too difficult to continue our trip, because many shops were closed, and many transportations are canceled. In such situation, the owner gave us vauable suggestions, for example, that we should check the circumstance of the border of neibour countries, or national order of BIH, so on. With her help, finally we could come back to our country. Here we want to write how her hospiality was so exellent, and propose that you should use this hotel when you go to Mostar.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is very near to old bridge. There is a parking lot just in front of the villa. The breakfast spread was good. The only improvement would be the shower with only shower curtains. Water tends to flow out of enclosure and floor gets wet.

모스타르의 친절한 이모집 같은 숙소

테라스방을 선택했는데, 정말 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 테라스에서 보는 스타리모스트의 야경과 쏟어질듯한 별이 절말 환상이었어요. 다만 시설면에서 수건관리가 아쉬웠었눈데요, 너무 많이 헤진 수건을 제외하면, 다른 시설 관리는 깨끗하고 좋았습니더. 추가로 저희를 많이 도와준 스텝들에게 감사드립니다. 정보가 많이 없던 낯선 도시에서 언어와 기본 생활에 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 그것도 친절하게요~ 정말 감사합니다^^

The hostess was wonderful and extremely caring. Got a nice welcome drink locally made Bosnian rum. The room was clean and spacious for 4. The location was three minutes walk to the city center and the old bridge was visible from our balcony. The building was safe and quiet. There is a nice grocery store 50 yards from this location for basic shopping. The breakfast was surprisingly lavish. The building is surrounded by nice restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Mostar.

Gezellig klein hotel met gemoedelijk personeel, eigenaar. Het meest ideale aan dit hotel (Vila) is dat het zo dicht bij het centrum gelokeerd is. Het is minder dan 5 min lopen naar de bekende brug, Stari Most.

Great hotel

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great spot to explore Mostar and surrounding areas. We stayed in a quadruple room and it was perfect for our family of 4. We were even able to see the bridge from our room which was very nice.

I had stayed a previous time recently, enjoyed the charming and unique decor, excellent location, and appreciated the helpful staff. There were some minor issues, including mattresses that ought to be replaced, same for towels, non-working outlet and light switch, but overall was sufficiently pleased to return for another stay. The second time was less positive -- different person at check-in was somewhat indifferent, similar maintenance issues (bathroom fan not working, old towels, etc.) Biggest disappointment was (lack of) breakfast. We arrived a full hour before breakfast was closed, and for group of 4, there was one egg, two small pieces of french toast, couple slices of cheese and tomato. After serving one cup of coffee, the staff person left, never checked if there was anything we might need (such as food for breakfast.) Our previous visit was overall positive, this time was overall negative.

추천합니다.

많이 고민하다가 모스타르 1박을 결정하였고 숙박시설도 검색을 많이 했었어요. 결과는 대만족입니다. 스타리모스트가 한 눈에 보여요 물론 옥상에서죠. 그리고 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨어요. 단점이라면 엘베가 없어서 3층 객실까지 무거운 캐리어를 직접 옮겨야 하는데 첫 날 객실에 들어갈때는 사비나 라는 분이 옮겨주셔서 감사했지만 마음은 불편했습니다. 그것만 빼면 만점인 숙소입니다. 모스타르 꼬옥 다녀가세요. 분위기도 이색적이고 암튼 저는 만족했습니다. 이 숙소도 강추합니다. 조식은 간단합니다.아 난방은 훈훈하니 잘 됩니다.
