"Beautiful building. The rooms were clean with a bit of an art deco vibe. We got a whirlpool room and the whirlpool worked great. We were there for 3 nights, and anytime we needed anything we received help immediately. The food is delicious, though pretty pricey. We will definitely be back."
"This is by far the best accommodations that we've had! Love the history of the place. Love the way it's being restored. Love the idea of a gated fenced-in area. Almost a park-like setting. The amenities were great. The only thought that we had is switch to a better bed and maybe a king size bed."

"If you like older style homes and architecture, you would probably enjoy this place. I'm guessing this home was built 80-100 yrs ago. Renovations have been done to make it a bit more modern, but there's no getting around the fact that is place is OLD. The layout is definitely unique. There's a half bath right off the dining room, which seems a little odd. The downstairs TV is in the dining room and not the living room. The house is pretty clean, but being as old as it is, there is some dust around. Power outlets are few, but there are power strips. The upstairs bathroom has an odd gap between the shower head wall and the main wall that looks like it goes all the way down to the basement. Maybe there was a dumb waiter at some point? The beds are comfortable and clean enough, which is always a big plus. The kitchen was furnished well enough, too. As for the neighborhood, the street itself it nice and quiet, but you have drive through a pretty sketchy neighborhood to get to it. Overall, I don't think I would want to stay here for an extended stay. It certainly wasn't what I was used to. It needs a few more amenities like TV's in the guest rooms, and better streaming/cable options for the TV. But for a couple of nights, it was fine and served it's purpose."
"The house is very clean and comfortable. The back yard was great for our book club meeting! The beds were comfortable. The location is great, not too far from downtown. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! "
"This house had everything we needed for our stay! Plenty of linens and kitchenware. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but we had no issues! Plenty of street parking."

"Size of the house was perfect for what we needed. 10 adults were able to fit nicely with all of the rooms and beds available. The location was pretty nice and fairly near everything though not exactly walkable. The bones of the house were gorgeous if you like historical homes. Within a 20 minute drive to Jungle Jim’s and a 15 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. House looks as if it was recently flipped and isn’t complete yet. There were wires hanging out of light fixtures; no caps on the top step of new vinyl flooring which folks tripped on multiple times; the shower in the main bedroom suite had 3 holes just filled with clear caulk; in one room, there was an electrical box outside of the wall without a hole anywhere nearby for it to be in and the wires weren’t even in the wall…they were hanging fromthe ceiling and wrapped in duct tape. If you plan to stay, make sure you get confirmation that the place is actually stay ready. There were a lot of things tha made me question if the house is even up to code enough to be an Vrbo. I wish I had taken more photos, but my friends told me to stop worrying about it. Almost a plus: the water pressure is INSANE and every one of us felt like tiny needles all over which is great for a head massage but make sure you cover your chest, haha! "
