Great customer service. Concierge staff, Alexa who works at the breakfast buffet, the cleaners in our room ( #27) everyone at the Hilton Astoria made our stay simply amazing. Keep up the excellent work 👍👍👏

Pros - Breakfast was good, rooms clean. Cons - Staff not friendly. Could do with more than 1 coffee and tea per person in our room. Also just 1 still and 1 sparkling water during our whole stay (double room).

Short visit for two nights. Arrived by train from Vienna. The station was a 15-20 mins walk. Hotel is not far from old town. Staff were nice. There was an ability to buy snacks and drinks from the bar area to take up to your room but it was also not far to find small supermarkets etc.
