Mixed experience. On the first night there was no water which continued through to the morning, so no shower, toilet flushing etc. my aircon didn't work, I asked for it to be fixed whilst I went out for dinner but it wasn't, therefore had a rubbish night sleep. The breakfast was also not great, banana soup and spaghetti were hot options. The next day the water came back and I managed to get my aircon fixed and the breakfast was pancakes, so much better!! For the cost of the hotel I would have expected better. I won't stay there again.

Recommendable

I stayed here a couple of nights prior to and after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. Very helpful hotel staff helped me book a daytrip to a waterfall close by. They also helped me organize airport transport for this stay and also for my next destination (Zanzibar) in Tanzania. The hotel has a very nice pool area.

Terrible hotel in a beautiful setting

What an awful experience i had at this hotel! Absolutely nothing worked at this hotel. The hotel's wiFi only worked in the reception area. The lady there said it would be fixed the next day. The wiFi remained down until i left. Then, my hot water was only for less than a minute the first morning and never came back on until i left. The hotel maintenance could not assist and had to shower in other rooms. Breakfast was measly at best. TV had static/noise and i only the local channel showed clearly albeit in Swahili only. My experience at this hotel was a little short of a nightmare or horror movie actually. I recommend the management of this hotel review this establishment if they are serious about securing clients and staying in business.

Lugna och sköna dagar på ett väldigt trevligt hotel. Det enda vi kan anmärka på var trycket på vattnet. Fantastiskvänlighet mötte oss. Dock inget ställe att ge sig ut från för att gå till centrala Moshi. För långt avstånd. Extra krydda de många färgsprakande bröllopssällskap som gjorde sina fotograferingar i trädgården.

My stay was fantastic. Only disappointed by the quality of food. Below standards, tasteless and expensive for nothing. Cleaners forget to replenish cups, glasses and even tea and sugar

Room maintenance

It was just one night after desending Kili. I paid for a full functioning room and was not satisfied. No hot water for shower, toilet not flushing, no air conditioning, & burn lights in toilet. The hotel said that they were sorry but i still had to pay full price for the room

Highly recommended hotel, thank you

I stayed here for my first night in Moshi after arriving from my very long flight so needed somewhere comfortable to stay. The staff were really friendly, my room was clean, simple and comfortable so I got a fantastic sleep. There was a powercut for most of my stay (which was not the hotels fault) - the receptionist came to check I was ok, gave me a torch and walked me to the restaurant for dinner - it was a really caring thing to do.

Excellent hotel

Very helpful staff who let us into our room early as my son was not feeling well and needed to rest. Nice quite location with a nice pool although you have to be be brave to swim in the water which comes straight off the mountain.
