"Lisa was very responsive and understanding when we had issues with the upstairs tenants being able to access our unit by a shared laundry room. She was quick with her responses and to refund the night where tenants were staying in the upstairs unit. The property was a great location to everything. The basement unit was dark, hard a damp smell and was hard to temperature control with baseboards heating units. The unit came with everything and even extras if you forgot a tooth brush or mouthwash....
