"Bathroom was dirty upon arrival even after room service came and serviced our room. Parking is horrible if you have a SUV and its not included. $15 per night to park your car in a underground garage but completely free to leave it in front of the hotel on the street. Staff did not have essentials available such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. "

"The room was not very clean. Stains everywhere. The sofa bed was not a real sofa bed. It should not pass as a bed. The sheet they provided for it was full of stains. The larger bedroom was next to a utility room and it sounded like heavy machinery was running all night. My friend stepped on a mousetrap (there were 5 or 6 of them in the smaller bedroom). Thankfully she was wearing shoes! "
