This incredible 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home situated at the top of the hill overlooking Morro Bay features stunning panoramic views of the area, stretching from Montana De Oro to Cayucos. The open great room has been designed to showcase these amazing views from the living area, dining and kitchen. The home is a few down from the very top of the hill and enjoys some of the best views you can achieve in the area. All the bedrooms downstairs, with the living area, dining and kitchen on the main upper floor (street level).

Please note: this home is located on a steep hill, 2 car garage and a driveway is available for parking. We recommend that any additional vehicles be parked at the base of the hill about a half block away.

This house was perfect for our 6 days in Morro Bay. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook a few meals. We loved that there were two rooms with king beds. It was a must in our VRBO search! Would stay here again.

Amazing View!

The view did not disappoint. We were about to watch the sun set over the ocean each night. Easy access to Hwy 1 and plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much.

We loved this place. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. Amazing sunsets! The home was furnished really cute In a beach theme. We had everything we needed for cooking. We will go back again.

What a view!

We booked this house for a few days in December, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was located at the top of Morro bay so the views were breath taking ! The house accommodated 5 adults very comfortably . It was clean, plenty of towels and pillows, and just very lovely! Would give it 5 stars!

Weekend Getaway

All the details provided with this booking matched what we saw in person. The views were gorgeous waking up and looking out. We had two full families of four each, and we had a great time being together at this home.

Beautiful View!

The house was spacious, well equipped and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay. The road is a steep hill and the driveway a bit tricky but since we had use of the garage, not an issue for our 3 cars. Would recommend the house!

Great Break!

We enjoyed our three day stay. The place was comfortable and had a great view of Morro Rock and the ocean. We are all 70 plus and had to be cautious navigating the stairs to the downstairs bedrooms...fortunately no problems.The roads were steep but parking in the garage off street was not a problem. Fabulous restaurants and ambiance in town. Great trip!

Fabulous Family Rental!

We had 8 people (including 2 pre-teens), plenty of room for everyone. The view was incredible, the home was very well stocked with everything we needed. A short 5-10 minute drive to the nearest beach. The rental company was very responsive to questions. We had a blast! Highly recommend this house.

Excellent location. Well furnished and comfortable! Be aware that all 3 bedrooms require using a set of steep stairs. It may have been my own fault in overlooking that piece of information. Kitchen is very well furnished.

Stunning views

Love this house high above the ocean. Nicely decorated, nicely furnished, reasonably spacious. If there were downsides, the upstairs can really heat up on a sunny day with so many windows - even in winter. But with opening a few windows it cools off nicely in the evening. It is indeed on a very steep road and driveway too, not a big problem, but might be for someone disabled. Property manager quite helpful.

Family gathering at Morro Bay

The home is as nice as pictured. There was plenty of space to hang out, eat, and sleep for our two families. We knew about the steep driveway so that wasn’t an issue. The view of the coast is lovely (but was obscured by dense fog when we were there), and the access to groceries right down the hill is super convenient. We spent time in the downtown area- cute and unique shops there; and we also strolled along the warf area which was touristy but fun. The drive up route one is great. Overall- this is a nice place to stay in Morro Bay especially if you are looking for space and need a place to hang out before/after the daily adventures in the area.

The view alone

The beach theme and maximum outdoor light streaming in is enough to keep your attention. Cleanliness is the main theme of the house. The cherry on top is the ability to see 10 miles of beautiful beach, the PG&E smoke stacks and the rock all at the same glance. All the bedrooms were downstairs and that might be a consideration you have to think of if you have seniors. I really like that there was a powder room upstairs for your convenience and two full bathrooms downstairs with the bedrooms. As the description of the drive way be steep, it’s only 20 feet long and as soon as you park in the garage, you have no problems at all. The URELAX staff are very considerate of all your situations and never make you feel uneasy.

My 60th Birthday

My 4 sisters and I spent 3 amazing nights in this gorgeous home. The view was absolutely beautiful anytime of the day. We did not expect the cows and calves grazing in the hills the next morning. That put an icing on the cake. We live in separate states and do not get to see each other often. All my sisters loved every moment and their husbands have already committed to bringing them back. The hilly location was a challenge, but once you’re inside, the view is more than worth it. We parked both cars in the garage. I will definitely be back for a more intimate stay. Thank yiu!

Stunning views, group oriented

The main floor of the house is covered in windows, and for good reason. Being able to glance up and always be greeted by a stunning view of Morro Rock and Morro Strand beach was priceless. Every evening the sunset was delightful. When we were discussing locations for this trip our group titled this house "the views house" and on that front it more than delivered. The large dining table, open spaces, kitchen bar, breakfast nook, and couch/living area were arranged perfectly for a large group to spend time together. The lower floor where the bedrooms are was a little less open and the rooms were a little more cramped, which worked best for us because we wanted to be spending all our time with each other anyway. The king sized beds were a major value add and very much appreciated. The host was very communicative and we never felt left in the dark about anything. The house is professionally managed and we always knew exactly what was expected of us as guests. One thing to be wary of is that the road the house is on is very steep, and the driveway is also very steep. Vehicles that are low to the ground may have difficulty turning into the driveway, and guests with mobility challenges should get out in the garage. The garage can just barely fit two cars side by side, so it is difficult to enter or exit a car if there is another car parked in it. Though the house is nominally close to the beach, the hill and the highway means that walking isn't really an option.

Great view from the main floor dining area though the bedrooms were all down on the lower level. One drawback was the steep stairs for elderly guests even with handrails. Very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. Driveway was at an incline so best to park in the garage. Roomy, comfortable home for several people.
