"We just got back from our stay at Blufftop Inn during spring break. This property was listed as excellent and it did not disappoint. We arrived just after sunset and I wasn't impressed by the looks of this small 2 story inn. However, looking closer at it the next morning I could see the nice flooring on the staircase and hallways. The room was very clean and open. Usually I don't notice the lighting in the room unless it is poor, but I noticed how nice the lighting was in our room. Also plenty of well placed outlets for charging. The TV hooked up easily to my phone for watching my streaming apps. I got the room for a great price so I wasn't expecting it to match an excellent review. As long as in was clean I would have been satisfied. The room was as advertised, excellent."

"Great place to stay close to everything. Clean beds were comfortable. Internet was spotty so tv didn’t work all the time. Shower needs more pressure. Some personal Jewelry was left in room and no one seemed to find it when called about. So there’s that not to happy about it at all "

"NO WATER! NO WARNING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The water was turned off very early in the morning without warning or any communication. After 30 minutes and my children holding their potty I finally said go ahead and go while I figure out what is going on. When I went to the front the lady was like there is a broken pipe. I said okay well some communication would have been nice. I went back and my kiddos were upset about having to go potty on top of potty, we couldn’t brush our teeth or take showers. After waiting a little longer we decided to leave because my kids were grossed out. We had to find a local park to go potty and brush our teeth again dealing with no showers on our vacation. I asked that we be compensated to date the manger has ignored my MULTIPLE calls and messages. She said she refunded me $20 however that hasn’t happened and is a slap in the face. I understand situations happen, but make it right! I always leave great reviews for companies and really try not to leave bad reviews. But this customer service is not appropriate for my kids having to be in an UNSANITARY situation. "
