"We rented this cabin and came to Colorado to open our NCLEX results on a mountain in Colorado. We found out that we passed and it was absolutely amazing!! the cabin is in such a great location, and the host was very gracious and answered all our questions! "

"Perfect, beautiful, spotless, spacious home for me and my siblings for three nights when we attended my son's wedding. Despite frigid temperatures, the home was welcoming and warm. The humidifiers in each bedroom were essential extras in the dry mountain air. Large herds of elk were nearby, and we even saw some wild turkeys. It was wonderful to message the host directly rather than a property manager. Bedding and towels were luxurious. Wonderful stay!"

"Although this is a lovely home, our experience was negative and I cannot recommend it. After booking, we were required to sign a long, intimidating legal document that strictly prohibits any social gatherings and anyone on the property who is not registered. It also releases them of responsibility for anything. We were in Colorado for my daughter’s college graduation and hoped to have a small group over in the afternoon, but were told that more than 3–4 people would be considered a “party.” This forced us to move our gathering elsewhere, defeating the purpose of renting a house rather than a hotel.Twelve days before our stay, my husband was hospitalized with a serious medical issue, forcing us to shorten our trip from four nights to two. While management allowed a date change, there was no price adjustment or accommodation at all.To make matters worse, the house lost power the night before graduation. Calls to the posted emergency number went unanswered and they claimed not to have gotten my call until later I sent an screenshot of the call. We had to get ready in the dark, relocate food we had purchased, and arrived late to the ceremony. We made other arrangements for the next night because we didn’t know if there would be power. The management offered only 30% off one night—about 80 on a 1,500 rental. We didn’t think it was fair."
