"Staff was absent at check in for a while. The front desk staff changed several times while we were there, So It don't who was in charge. Staff for breakfast was great on Sunday. The computer workstation in the lobby had no place to insert a thumb drive. The room 228 had the bed directly across from the desk. Which I found strange since the chair and side table were at the other end of the room. I guess if you needed a large flat space to do your yoga exercises, this is the room to have. The Amana air conditioning wall unit front cover was dirty looking and had tape used to hold it in place, that had gave way, so one corner was hanging loose rattling The bi-fold door for the closet kept coming out of the track. So the doors would swing freely into the egress path to main door. The bathroom contained the toilet and the tub/shower. There was plenty of hot water. However, the sink was not in the bath area. And whoever installed sink broke the granite top so there was crack running across the sink. There was hair dryer if you trot down to the front desk and ask for one, which is then registered to your room. So don't forget to ask before you wash your hair and can't find it. The refrigerator was apparently sitting on just three legs as something (vibration) caused it just lean out of the cabinet. Fortunately it did not fall over and I was able to set it back in the cabinet. We were there three nights and the freezer refroze our blue cubes just fine."

"The only reason I give a 3 star review is regarding amenities. The hot was out of use. The washer did not spin the water out of my clothes. (Small load). After 2 cycles of the dryer, my clothes were still very damp"
