"We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property.
