"We got one of the two top floor balcony rooms which are side by side only divided by some plants. We could not enjoy the evening on the balcony with our daughter, her husband and granddaughter because 2/3rd of the lights on the balcony did not work, the other balcony had a drunken New Yorker trying to loudly impress people, drag a couch outside, knocking over multiple glasses breaking them and talking like he was speaking to the people like a politician seeking their nomination. The rooms were good and staff was mostly helpful."

"Five of us (women) were traveling to Italy from various parts of the United States and I researched many of the hotels in Rome to decide what hotel would best meet our needs (two single rooms and one room shared by three women). The reviews for this hotel were very good and, after researching the area of Rome (central), and the photos and descriptions, I chose this for the group. The rooms were well appointed with plenty of closet space and were MUCH nicer than reflected in the photos on the website. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bathrooms were immaculate! The staff were friendly and helpful and gladly reserved vehicles for us. We only ate once at the affiliated restaurant/hotel across the street and the food was delicious, fresh, and the server was efficient and very friendly. Dessert was perfecto! The pastries served in the morning at the buffet were scrumptious, and the fresh fruit was perfectly ripe. The coffee machine was the only drawback as it was not as hot as coffee typically is served and, because there is only one coffee machine, there was a line several times we attempted to get our coffee. My suggestion would be for the hotel to consider the dining room team serve the coffee as there appeared to be a good deal of hotel staff in the buffet dining area that were not occupied. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was great, except for the master bed (it was rock hard like sleeping on plywood) and the shower was extremely tiny, like a small camper shower, The evening staff at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful and got our luggage moved to the room on the top floor of the 2nd building (106 steps to the 5th floor), they also confirmed we had breakfast included, but the next morning when we asked where to go for breakfast, the staff on site told us we didn’t have breakfast included. We figured out that evening when back to the room that we did in fact have breakfast included so we missed on our breakfast on day 1 and had to go and buy our own breakfast on the first day. Other than that it was fantastic. Location was great, directly on the plaza of the Pantheon historic site and tons of food and shopping nearby as well only about a 30 minute walk to Vatican City one direction and about a 15 minute walk to Travis Fountain the other direction."
