Brand new 2 bdrm 2.5 bath townhome with garage in the Cheat Lake area. First floor has livingroom, kitchen, dining area and powder room. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Each bedroom has it's own bath. Approx. 10 minutes to WVU campus, stadium and hospitals.

Close to WVU

We rented this house for a graduation weekend and it was lovely. The house was clean, stocked with what we needed and the beds were comfortable. The host was helpful also, keeping in touch with our questions as we planned and arrived. I would definitely suggest this VRBO house.

Easy Access to Stadium and Downtown

We spent most of our time tailgating at the Stadium for the game but ended up coming back to watch the game because of connection issues in the Green Lot. Great Access, all the basics covered. The only thing I would recommend was a cookie sheet or a larger frying pan. Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely be back next year.

Nice place but underwhelming

We had warm water. I expect to have hot water when I shower. Water was leaking from somewhere on to the kitchen floor in front of the bathroom. I expect to be able to walk around in socks without getting my feet wet. You advertise for 5 people and we found 3 plates when we went to eat. There were 5 forks spoons and butter knifes but no other utensils like a serving spoon. Not enough blankets or pillows Not enough towels for 5 people for two days We will not stay here again and would like a refund.

Clean and Very Convenient Location

I rented this unit for my son and his family to stay for a week visit. It is on the outskirts of Morgantown, but less than 1 minute from I-68. The unit was very clean and had modern appliances and TV. The internet and cable services were excellent. It is located on a hillside, but that is typical for Morgantown. Parking was convenient to the door. Nice view from the balcony. My son's family said that the beds were comfortable and clean.
