I have been consistently pleased with all of the staff who work at Euro Suites. It's very clear upon meeting them that they have pride in their work and strive to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I want to give credit for the hotel running so smoothly, to the current manager. She has always impressed me with her professional manner, and willingness to help should there be a need. Last but not least, her simple kindness has made a lasting impression on me. Sincerely Beth.

The staff was wonderful. The room and breakfast area were clean. The hotel needs a facelift. It has a neglected feel. This is the fault of corporate decisions, not those at the property. Carpets are worn, doors are banged up and need paint, grout is grubby looking, and outlets need updated for charging.

The sofa needs to be replaced. The internet was not available in the bedroom. Signal too weak. The water pressure was low in the tub. But all said I will stay there again.

The separate sitting room was nice to offer a sitting area and tv for guests who were not quite ready to go to bed.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was a busy Football weekend and they still found time to assist when needed. Room is much better than several that I have stayed in when in town. (spacious & clean)

The first room that the staff booked us in had a ripped curtain and was facing the parking lot. Fearing privacy and safety concerns, we brought up the issue with staff and they were more than willing to make sure that we werent charged for the ripped curtain and even provided us a new room that was on the fourth floor. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in if you're passing by the area.

This hotel was great while staying for an extended time with a hospital patient. I could walk back and forth easily. It was very quiet at night and the room size was huge, allowing me to comfortably spread my things out and not feel like i was in an actual hotel room. The only negatives for me were that the breakfast was lacking, some bananas would help, and I had issues with my key card not working almost daily. I would gladly stay here again though. Staff was very nice and easy to work with.

The driveway is difficult to get into because the traffic in front of the hotel is often VERY BUSY and people block the driveway while in line for the traffic light. Our room (107) has several problems. One of the assist bars in the tub is falling off and essentially not usable. Plus 3 of the outlets in the room(s) were dead.

Our room was clean but the thermostat was broken and it was unbearably hot! We had a hard time sleeping since it was so hot in the room. I felt like I was sleeping with a heating pad under my sheets.

The hotel is always a wonderful choice for us; it's our favorite in Morgantown. Our room was VERY warm last night though; it was uncomfortable for the most part. This won't deter us from staying there again though.

The only way rooms are going downhill. Curtains in our room were shredded and they apparently decided not to replace them. Been staying here for 8 years and the rooms have gone down hill. They did do a beautiful renovation of the lobby a year or so ago.

I mistakenly forgot t lock my car (it was in the first handicapped spot) and I had $700 in cash and 2 checkbooks stolen. Not a good way to start a vacation. And I did not discover the loss until I arrived at my destination.

We loved our room. It was clean and did not have a smell to it. It’s an older building but you could tell they have really tried to keep it repaired and up to date. They were willing to accommodate a late check out which we didn’t need. Breakfast included waffles, muffins and premade breakfast sandwiches along with yogurt and fruit etc. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. They have 2 pieces of furniture in the hotel that I thought were beautiful. Two tree stumps taken out when building it were converted into tables. A really nice touch.

It was nice and the lounge area was classy but the breakfast needed some work . I got there at 7:30 am 1 muffin left , green bananas, soggy fruit bowl , and hard bagels
