Guest access
An owner’s closet for the use of the owner and housekeeping staff is located in the movie theater room. All other areas are available for guests to use.

Other things to note
• All 8 TVs are smart TVs with streaming apps available. Please bring your own password to watch your preferred streaming service.

• Hot Tub is serviced in between each guest.

• Trash service stops by to pick up trash from the outdoor bins twice weekly. You may see them stop by during your stay to haul away trash.

• From time to time, pest control will stop by the property. They use pet and child friendly spray, and this helps protect our property from the mountain pests. There are also rodent bait boxes around the property as a preventative measure.

• Please be aware, this property is in the mountains and there is wildlife around. Please be careful of your surroundings and do not leave food outside as to not attract bears or other wildlife. *There are many deer on the roads leading up to the property. Please take caution when driving.

• **Starter kits of paper products, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, and dish soap & pods are provided. Depending on the length of your stay and number of guests, you may need to replenish these items if you require more than is provided.
