Awesome Cabin Near Cave Run Lake and Morehead State University!!

Traditional cabin feel with all the modern conveniences! Quiet area with space to enjoy the fire pit and grill in the back yard.

The first floor includes a living room with 18' ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. A second bedroom is located in a loft overlooking the living room and a full bathroom is on the this floor as well.

There are front and rear porches, a charcoal and gas grill, free Wi-Fi and 3 TV's. Plenty of room for parking off the road, including space for boat trailers. RV parking with full hookups may be available next door for an extra charge (two-night minimum stay). Cave Run Lake is a quick 4 miles away, Morehead State University and St. Claire Regional Medical Center are 8 miles, and the Daniel Boone National Forest is 3 miles.

Great place to stay

This was our second stay at this awesome cabin. Close to Morehead State campus. Cabin has everything needed. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and fire pit this visit! Highly recommend staying here

Graduation weekend

The place was perfect for us. We came from Ohio for my daughter’s graduation at Morehead state university. The place was clean, had everything we needed and would highly recommend staying here.

Great property/responsive hosts

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs and well appointed. We were able to spend time around the bonfire with our friends, who were using one of the host's RV hookups. We'd definitely recommend this property to others. It's a great central location between Morehead and Cave Run Lake.

The cabin is easy to find. It's a very beautiful, peaceful area. We had a great time at the lake and exploring the area. The housekeeper is fantastic! Everything was spotless. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I and our sons love these cabins! They are well-designed, clean, and comfy! Ann is a wonderful host! Very accommodating and responsive. We hope to stay again and explore more of what the area offers in terms of hiking. Cave Run Lake is about 15 minutes away and great for boating and swimming.

Perfect cabin in the woods

I completely forgot to rate this cabin. My second stay and it was delightful as the first. Perfect in every way. I was sad to hear that the husband passed away unexpectedly since my last visit. However, his wife is truly a great host as well. This is my go to.place whole visiting my family in Morehead. Much appreciation for a remarkably clean and perfect cabin for travel enjoyment.

It was a perfect place to stay! We were in town for Poppy Mtn Music Festival so most all of our time was spent at the there. Wish we could have had time more time to hang out at the cabin.

A great weekend away

We loved every minute! We're no strangers to the area, we love tent camping at Twin Knobs, but camping with a 8 month old was more adventurous than we felt like getting. We enjoyed our stay so much my husband is determined to make this a regular thing. The cabin was clean, not too close to the neighbors, far enough outside of town that we were able to watch a small heard of deer in the field one evening. 5 adults and our baby were more than comfortable for the duration of our stay.

Perfect house for visiting Cave Run Lake

This is my second time staying at this cabin. It is the cleanest rental I have stayed in. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal, the beds are comfortable and the linens are amazing. The property manager is prompt in replying and eager to make the stay wonderful. We will be staying again!

Great cabin!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Still Meadow cabins, and this time we brought our grown son. It is a wonderfully designed cabin, with a great kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfy beds and furniture, and exceptionally clean! Much thought has gone into these cabins, making our stay very enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

My best friend and I (both single moms) enjoyed this cabin as a chance to refresh and recharge. From the moment we arrive to the moment we left, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The cabin is beautiful and clean. Dwight was an amazing host. There wasn't a single thing we would have changed. I was just checking out dates to head back with my children.
