Exceptional. Look no further. This condo is one of the best equipped with all Atlantic Beach has to offer. Easy, 1st floor access on end of building. Elevators nearby. Your vacation home will comfortably sleep 6. All rooms have new ceiling fans. Master bedroom with queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 single twin beds and smart TV....En-suite when hall door is closed Third bedroom has a queen bed, private full bath and smart TV. Private WIFI included. 3 outside balconies. 2 balconies overlooking pool and ocean. 1 balcony overlooking outdoor community charcoal grills. Excellent location with easy, private access to the beach. At least 6 beach chairs, some beach toys and boogie boards included. Community Outdoor showers and 4 recently renovated outdoor pools. Take a stroll down the pier and watch boats go by on the day dock. Bring your bikes to visit the top rated public park, championship putt putt, children’s waterpark, Venice Beach style skate park, plentiful variety of restaurants and a Food Lion. All less than a mile away and accessible by large flat sidewalks with crosswalks where needed.
All of the buildings at Dunescape have parking lots near the unit. If you need extra parking you can use the overflow parking across the street. 2 parking passes included for parking at unit.

All bathrooms are remodeled.

7 night minimum weekly rentals from Labor Day until Memorial Day. Saturday to Saturday. 3 night minimum for the Beach music festival. 2 night minimum otherwise.
Linens and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.

We loved our time in Atlantic beach. Beautiful location. Very clean condo that was well furnished. My only complaint is the pricing model with VRBO. While the listing shows a reasonable price, there were over $400 in additional fees for 3 nights.

We enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed! It was nice to have beach equipment available! TVs in every room-yay! Nice big kitchen table! Great location! The communication was superb! I enjoyed texting with the owners and their response time was spot on! We had a lovely stay and will book again! Thanks for the memories!

Everything was great! Condo was exactly as described in the listing. The communication with the host was superb. We have stayed in several places around the area over the years and this is one of the best! My dad enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the sound and fish. Excellent location everything needed is close by.

Nice place to stay

The condo layout is great with 2 ensuite bathrooms, and a 3rd bathroom that is essentially private for the 3rd bedroom. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly when I reached out to them - our stay corresponded to the arrival of a tropical storm :( The beach locker was FULL of stuff so no need to bring it all yourself.

South facing beach (both sunrise & sunset can be seen)

Decent condo, more updated than some other units that we saw (there were 5 families we knew staying here at the same time). Unit has everything you need, except some extra blankets (we had a bit of cold weather). Luckily we had brought a couple with us. We liked the location, parking was super easy, and it's easy to walk to the beach. Something really cool is that the beach faces south so you can see BOTH the sunrise and sunset (on the beach). That was my favorite part of our stay :)

Attractive and convenient

The host was quick in his responses to queries and willing to be helpful to every request. The property was clean. The public areas are well maintained. There was a binder available with information about expectations, places to visit, and restaurants. The discreet printed instructions posted in places throughout the rental were helpful - for instance, pointing to the light switch under a top cabinet that turned on the light over the counter. The view of the ocean from the balcony was a joy. The property is conveniently located to numerous attractions, restaurants, and a Food Lion. We're not TV watchers and did not turn on the TVs in the living room and bedrooms; however, there is a vast quantity of games available. We enjoyed our stay.
